Our annual Pig Roast was a super success this year despite a shaky start due to rain.

The afternoon opened with a parents-vs.-guards Greasy Watermelon Waterpolo Game, which the parents graciously let the guards win to avoid any unnecessary embarassment.

Next came the delectable pig, result of a long day’s work by Kevin & Warren. The menu featured pulled pork sandwiches with BBQ sauce and a yummy selection of sides supplied by all.

The evening came to a close with Lip Synch performances by the kids and the guards.

What a fun day!! Thanks to everyone for making it another wonderful ECC memory.
